And then there is this eternal and annoying new age habit of mixing traditions, which will not only mean an offensive and disrespectful slap in the face of these traditions but also that you will only know a little bit of each which is quite unprofessional to say the least. Because no, you really cannot do Buddhist meditation, reiki, qi gong, intiuitive drawing, crystal healing and tarot cards in an Indian sweat lodge. It's wrong, it's amateuristic and it will only harm people and traditions to do so.

Traditions follow a certain pattern and took thousands of years to develop that pattern so it's not really for new agey know-it-alls to think to know better.
